Booking and payment
How do I book a boat?
Pick a boat, choose your date and book online. If you prefer to talk first, message us on WhatsApp.
What is included in the price?
The price shown on each boat includes VAT and booking fees. Fuel and the deposit are separate. Our cheapest rental starts at €263 for 4 hours.
How does the deposit work?
We place a refundable hold on your card at check-in. It is released when the boat comes back without damage. The amount is shown on every boat.
How much is the deposit?
It depends on the boat, from €500 to €2,000. On 3 boats you can lower it to €500 for a €20 fee, paid at check-in.
Is fuel included?
You only pay for the fuel you use. We give you an estimate before you leave, so there are no surprises at the end of the day.
Can I cancel or change my booking?

Licence
Licence and skipper
Do I need a boat licence?
Yes: in Mallorca every rental boat requires a valid boat licence. No licence? Book one of our skippers and simply enjoy the day.
Which licences do you accept?

How much is a skipper?
A professional skipper costs €263 for an 8-hour rental. You can add one on 6 of our 9 boats.

Which boats cannot come with a skipper?
3 boats are rented to a licence holder only, with nobody else at the helm.

Where do we meet?
All boats leave from Port d'Alcudia. [Exact meeting point or pontoon]
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 30 minutes before your start time. We use this time for check-in and the safety briefing.

Sun cream, towels, water and snacks. Life jackets, a ladder and a cool box are on board.

How many people fit on a boat?
Between 5 and 11, depending on the boat. The number is shown on each boat page.
Can I rent for a few hours or a full day?
8 of our 9 boats can be rented for 4 hours or 8 hours. Axopar 22 Spyder Jobe Revolve is rented for 8 hours only.
Which boat should I choose?
Boats are listed from the lowest price to the highest, so the ladder is easy to read. Tell us your group and your day on WhatsApp and we will suggest one.

Sunrise
The dolphin tour
How long is the dolphin tour and what does it cost?
It leaves at 07:00, lasts about 3 hours and costs €85 per person, for up to 10 guests.
Will we see dolphins?
Probably, but we cannot promise it. They are wild animals. If we do not find them, we still enjoy the sunrise and the swim stop.
Do you get close to the dolphins?
No. We keep a respectful distance and switch off the engine. If they come to the boat, that is their choice.
Can children come?
Yes. Life jackets are on board for all ages. Tell us their ages when you book.
Do I need to know how to swim?
Only for the swim stop, and it is optional. You can stay on board and watch.

What happens if the weather is bad?
If we cancel for safety reasons, you choose between a new date and a full refund.
Is there a safety briefing?
Yes. It happens at check-in, before you leave the port.
